Walk-In Interview – Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring Company's social media strategies in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

Responsibilities:Define and implement the most important social media KPIs.Develop social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity and vision in a timely manner, in Consultation with marketing, sales and industry professionals.Expand and enhance Company website communications.Ensure content is informative and appealing, and act as the gatekeeper of content, reviewing all material before sending it over to the department’s head and stakeholders.Coordinate with the designer to get visuals on time.Implement schedules and ensure content is produced and published on time.Write content, not limited to Email Newsletters, Google Ads, and InMail copy besides other advertising content.Draft press releases to send out to publications and media agencies and send them to relevant media outlets.Ensure that all user-generated content is moderated in line with the moderation policy and on timely mannerKeep track of the community reviews and communications and ensure proper crisis management of negative reviews and news when needed.Measure the success of every social media campaign and report results to the Department’s Head.Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.Research opportunities for new social platforms and suggest up-to-date processes that fit the audience’s needs.Collect customer data and analyze results as well as create monthly comprehensive reports to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.Skills:Content creation, calendar, stories, live coverageSocial media platforms managementfamiliar with SM tools such as hootsuite, socialbakers, socialPilot.UGC and community managementGoogle Analytics, and reportingFull domain of MS Office, WordPress, PhotoshopBehavioral: Proactive, team player, resilient, disciplined, eager for performance, easy-learnerExperience : 5+ years’ experience in social media marketing role, preferably in the healthcare sectorEducation : BA in Marketing, MediaLanguage:English (fluent or ProfessionalArabic (fluent or Professional)KPI : Customer engagement rate, Acquisition / Conversion, cross functional collaborationATTENTIONWhat: WALK-IN INTERVIEWWho: Social Media SpecialistKindly fill out the digital formhttps://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSc80xVKSXUnug…/viewformWhen: 15, 16 & 17 March 10.00 am to 5.00 pmWhere: Room 312, Al Owais Building, Port Saeed, Deira, DubaiPLEASE DO NOT APPLY OR ATTEND THE INTERVIEW, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RELEVANT EXPERIENCE.Job Type: Full-time
